By accessing or using Dreamvibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Jeremy Harvey. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dreamvibe is a dream journaling application that provides:

• Dream recording and storage
• AI-powered dream analysis and interpretation
• AI-generated dream visualizations (images and videos)
• Dream pattern tracking and statistics
• Lucid dreaming tools and resources
• Community features for sharing dreams

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited AI analyses, image generations, and features
• Basic ($9.99/month): Expanded usage limits and cloud sync
• Premium ($19.99/month): Highest limits including video generation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all dream entries and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Generate AI analyses and visualizations based on your content
• Display shared content in community features (only if you choose to share)

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze dreams and generate visualizations. AI analyses are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be considered professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Generated images and videos are created using third-party AI services (OpenAI, Replicate) and are subject to their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeremy Harvey and Dreamvibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
